My first communication with spirit happened at an early age as a child with a profound connection with animals and nature and very much aware of the presence surrounding me. My aunt, back then, was a psychic medium and taught me to trust my gut by poking me in my stomach and telling me to trust what I was feeling to keep me going in the right direction. I still, to this day, trust what I am feeling.
My life took a dramatic change in early 2000 with a mysterious illness that traditional western medicine could not provide answers or relief. I found the road back with Holistic Healing Therapy marking the beginnings of my own personal awakening.
This transformation deepened inside of me a strong desire to help others by facilitating healing, personal growth, teaching classes and the deepening of spiritual development.
I have traveled to extremely different places, cultures and circumstances. I have learnt the worst and best of humanity and of myself. I continue to search for right fit between spiritual and everyday life by embracing my mysteries, to me this has meant going deep, changing the story of who I'm becoming to inform my life choices.
My intention, in the spirit of "wholeness", is to help people to re-member their soul's journey with truth and acceptance of their Earth Walk open hearted to the Sacred Hoop of Life. I believe in the power of your mind, body and spirit that can be healed!
